Guidelines

Abstracts should be submitted via the submission page on this website. We are accepting any work completed within the past year or so in association with St. Elizabeth's. Non-accredited program trainees are also encouraged to submit their abstracts.

Once submitted, an abstract cannot be retrieved for revision.

​

Abstracts must be submitted by Sunday, March 23, 2025 11:59 PM

​

First author shall receive notification by email if abstract has been selected for an oral or poster presentation.

​

Accepted abstracts must translate into a poster. Further instructions to follow.

​

Abstracts submitted must comply with the guidelines to be considered for acceptance. Please click here to view the full submission guidelines.

All submitted abstracts will be included in a brochure distributed at the Research Day event.
